Talked to Jim about capital stuff.. he said we should definitely try to get some references from the Excalibur guy...hold off with attorneys...Call GMR and ask for some time to think...Sucks though...already thrown $20,000 at lawyers and accountants (Jim included) and now don't know if we should chalk it up or pay the last $5,000 to make it happen...
